These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vojo Media’s products, platforms, and services, including our Proof of Display technology, Vojo Harvester, Vojo Player devices, and online platform (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the Vojo Media platform, including device owners, administrators, and end-users.
1.2 By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any Vojo Media product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1.3 This document serves as the primary Terms for all Add-Ons unless a specific add-on has its own terms. In such cases:
- Add-on-specific terms will be provided at the time of purchase if not already covered in this document.
- If an add-on is mentioned in this document, these Terms take precedence.
- Ultimately, these Terms are the main governing terms, regardless of any product-specific terms.
2. Definitions
The Following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:
- "Vojo Media", "we", "us" or "our": Refers to Vojo Media Ltd
- "User", "you", "Customer" or "your": Refers to the individual, company or organisation accessing our Services.
- "Devices": Refers to Vojo Harvester and Vojo Player hardware.
- "Platform": Refers to the Vojo online portal for device and campaign management.
- "Add-ons": Refers to additional features or services available for purchase.
- "Fingerprinting": Refers to the process of applying Vojo Media’s patented fingerprint technology to a creative. A fingerprint is a unique digital signature that is permanently assigned to a single creative upon upload. Each creative receives a distinct fingerprint, ensuring that it cannot be modified or replaced while retaining the same fingerprint. Any creative changes require a new upload, generating a new fingerprint and triggering a new deployment upon display. Each fingerprint is single-use and cannot be reassigned or reused once assigned to a creative.
- "Storage": Refers to the allocated data capacity per account for creative uploads, fingerprinted creatives, and campaign logs, subject to the 10GB fair usage policy unless additional storage is purchased.
- "Fair Usage": Refers to the reasonable limits applied to an account to ensure system efficency for all users.
- "Deploy", "Deployed Creative": refers to the first verified display of a creative at a specific site. Once a creative has been detected as displayed on a screen within the network, it is considered deployed and subject to billing. The deployment is counted regardless of the number of subsequent plays within the billing period.
- "Creative": refers to any publishable or deployable content intended for display on a digital screen. This includes, but is not limited to, images, videos, and other media formats used in advertising or promotional campaigns.
- “Trackable Creative”, “Fingerprinted Creative”, “Verified Creative”: Refers to any creative that has been uniquely assigned an identifier through Vojo Media’s patented fingerprinting technology. A Trackable Creative is any publishable or deployable content that is monitored for display verification. A Fingerprinted Creative has been encoded with a unique digital signature to ensure accurate tracking of when, where, and how often it has been displayed. Once independently verified as displayed on-screen, it becomes a Verified Creative, eliminating reliance on assumed playback data and ensuring true Proof of Display™. A creative is considered Deployed once it has been displayed for the first time at a specific site, triggering billing under the deployment-based pricing model.
3. Device Subscription & User Access
3.1 Subscription Model:
Each Vojo Harvester or Vojo Player device requires an active subscription to access the Vojo platform and associated services. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected at sign-up or from your proposal.
- Subscription Activation: A device is added to your subscription at the moment it is activated on the Vojo portal. Activation is defined as the point when the device is registered and becomes operational within the Vojo system.
- First Payment (Prorated): Upon activation, the first payment is prorated based on the remaining days in the current billing period, and charged automatically at the time of activation via our payment processor.
- From the next full billing period, all devices on the account will follow the same billing cycle for streamlined and predictable billing.
- The subscription fee includes access to the Vojo platform, device management tools, and standard support services.
3.2 User Access Policy
- User Access to the Vojo online platform is determined by the number of devices:
- 1-15 devices: Up to 2 user accounts.
- 16-30 devices: Up to 5 user accounts.
- 31+ devices: up to 10 user accounts.
- User accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared across organisations.
4. Creative deployment & Billing
4.1 Billing Model – Per Creative, Per Site, Per Calendar Month
Charges are incurred for each creative deployed at a site. A creative is considered deployed once it has been verified as displayed for the first time on a screen at a specific site within a calendar month.
- The charge for each deployed creative is dependent on your agreed terms.
- If multiple creatives are deployed at the same site, each is billed separately.
- Charges are not prorated — once a creative is deployed, the full monthly fee applies for that calendar month, regardless of the number of subsequent plays.
- The source of a creative cannot be changed once uploaded.
- While each deployed creative is billed separately based on its deployment per site per calendar month, all charges will be included in a single consolidated invoice for that billing cycle. This ensures streamlined billing and ease of payment management for the Customer.
4.2 Payment Processing:
- All payments will be automatically processed through our payments provider within five (5) working days of the end of each calendar month.
- If payment fails, Vojo Media reserves the right to suspend services until payment is successfully processed.
4.3 Deployment & Billing Triggers:
- First Display: The first successful display of a creative at a site will mark the creative at that location as being deployed and will be billed at the end of that calendar month.
- Continued Billing: Once deployed, a creative remains billable for each subsequent calendar month unless it is removed before the start of the next calendar month.
- Creative Modifications: If a creative is modified and re-uploaded, it is considered a new creative and will be billed separately upon deployment.
4.4 Example Scenarios:
Examples at a £15 Per Deploy, Per Site, Per Month Rate
(Your agreed rate may differ; this value is used for simple and easy-to-understand calculations.)
- Example 1: A single creative is displayed across 10 sites → Total monthly charge: £150 (£15 x 10 sites).
- Example 2: Two different creatives are displayed across 10 sites → Total monthly charge: £300 (£15 x 10 sites x 2 creatives).
- Example 3: Creative A is displayed on 5 sites, Creative B is displayed on 3 sites → Total monthly charge: £120 (£15 x 8 total sites).
4.5 Refund, Adjustment, or Prorations:
- No Refunds: All charges for deployed creatives are final. No refunds or credits will be issued once a creative has been deployed at a site for that calendar month.
- No Prorations: Billing applies for the entire calendar month, even if the creative is removed before the end of that calendar month.
- No Adjustments for Display Failures: Vojo Media verifies ad playback through Proof of Display™. If an issue arises from external factors such as screen malfunctions, connectivity failures, or third-party player errors, charges will still apply.
- Liability Disclaimer: Vojo Media is not responsible for the performance of third-party screens, networks, or playback systems beyond our verification process.
4.6 Cancellation & Removal:
- If a creative is scheduled but not displayed, no charges will apply.
- If a creative is removed before deployment, it will not be billed.
- Once a creative has been deployed at a site, it will be billed for the entire calendar month, even if it is later removed before the month ends.
5. Add-Ons & Additional Services
5.1 Add-Ons:
Users may purchase Add-Ons to extend platform functionality, including but not limited to:
- Premium Support Services (See Section 8).
- Priority Fingerprint Processing.
- Expanded Storage Capacity.
- Additional User Accounts.
5.2 Add-On Terms:
- This document serves as the Primary Terms for all Add-Ons unless specific add-on terms are provided at the time of purchase.
- If an add-on has its own terms and they conflict with this document, these Terms will take precedence.
- Add-ons may be billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, depending on the selected add-on.
- Pricing and billing frequency will be displayed at the time of purchase.
- New add-ons may be introduced at any time, and applicable terms for those add-ons will provided at purchase if not already included in this document.
5.3 Add-on Cancellation & User/Storage limits
- User Limits: To cancel a user package add-on, user s must ensure their account meets the standard user-to-device limit before a cancellation request can be processed.
- For example, if an account has 6 active users and only 4 devices, meaning they has 1 add-on for extra users and 2 included users, they must reduce their active user count to 2 (in line withe 4-device limit) before requesting cancellation.
- Storage Limits: if a user cancels an additional storage add-on, they must reduce their data storage to be within the new storage limit prior to cancellation.
- Increased Device Count: What an account's total device count increases, it is the customer's responsibility to remove any add-on packages no longer required.
5.4 Cancellation Policy
- User must cancel subscriptions and add-ons at least 10 days before next biliing period to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
- If a user cancels their overall account, any associated add-ons, including Premium Support, will be immediately terminated and users will not receive a refunded for any remaining term.
6. Fair usage Policy
6.1 Storage Allocation:
- Each account, with at lease one active subscription, includes 10GB of fair usage storage, covering:
- Creative file uploads.
- Fingerprinted (processed) creative files.
- Campaign logs & reporting data.
- Additional storage can be purchased as an add-on.
6.2 Fingerprinting Allocation:
- Fingerprinting operates on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Users without priority fingerprinting add-ons will be subject to a 3-to-1 processing ratio.
- Processing time depends on the size and complexity of the creative being processed.
7. Billing and payment
7.1 Payment Processor & options:
- Vojo Media offers multiple payment methods, all processed securely through Stripe or any other such third party or propriety payments systems as decided by Vojo Media.
- By completing a purchase, users agree Vojo Media can automatically collect recurring subscription payments on the advised date for the contract duration or until canceled.
- Users are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated information.
7.2 Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions and add-ons are billed according to the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly or annually)
- All recurring charges will be automatically billed on the designated due date.
7.3 Device Subscription & Billing Period
- Subscription Activation: The subscription for each device begins once activated on the Vojo portal. Activation is defined as the moment the device is first registered and becomes operational within the Vojo system.
- Prorated First Month: For any device activated after the start of a billing cycle, the first month’s subscription fee will be prorated based on the number of days remaining in that billing cycle.
- Aligned Billing Cycle: From the second month onwards, all devices will follow the same billing cycle as other active devices under the same account. This ensures a unified and predictable billing period.
- Billing Date: All ongoing subscription fees will be charged on the same billing date each month.
7.4 Pricing adjustments:
- All pricing is subject to annual increases which will be assessed each year.
- Customers will be informed of any planned increases at least 30 days before the increase takes effect.
- Notifications will be sent to the billing email address on the account.
7.5 Taxes:
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes which will be applied at checkout.
- The User is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or regulatory fees imposed by local, national, or international tax authorities.
7.6 Refund Policy:
- No refunds are provided by Vojo Media services, including subscriptions, devices, add-ons, Premium Support or any other service provided by Vojo Media.
- Refunds are solely at the discretion of Vojo Media and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
7.7 Non-Payment:
- Failure to pay within 30-days of the due date may result in service suspension or account termination.
- Vojo Media is not responsible for any losses, missed ad placements, or business disruptions caused by service suspension due to non-payment.
- Service will only be reactivated upon full payment of any outstanding balance.
8. Standard Pricing & Adjustments
8.1 All services, devices, subscriptions, and usage-based charges not covered by an active Quote are subject to Vojo Media’s standard pricing, which is available upon request.
8.2 Upon expiry or termination of any active Quote, all services and devices will automatically revert to standard pricing in effect at that time.
8.3 Vojo Media reserves the right to update standard pricing at any time. Updated pricing will be made available to Customers upon request and will apply 30 days after notification is provided via email or through the Vojo Platform.
8.4 The Customer acknowledges that continued use of the Services after the expiry of a Quote constitutes acceptance of the standard pricing then in effect.
8.5 Vojo Media is under no obligation to publish standard pricing publicly and may provide tailored pricing at its discretion, based on Customer requirements or service volumes.
9. Quote Pricing
From time to time, Vojo Media may issue Quotes to Customers, outlining specific pricing and terms for hardware, subscriptions, services, or features tailored to the Customer’s requirements. The following terms apply to all Quotes issued by Vojo Media:
9.1 Quote pricing is only available to Customers who meet certain minimum volume requirements or other eligibility criteria determined by Vojo Media at its sole discretion. Quote pricing is not available to all prospective Customers, and Vojo Media reserves the right to decline to issue a Quote for any reason.
9.2 All Quotes are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance. If a Quote is not accepted in writing (including email confirmation or platform-based acceptance) and payment is not completed within this period, the Quote will expire, and the Customer will be subject to Vojo Media’s standard pricing.
9.3 Upon acceptance and payment, the terms and pricing outlined in the Quote become binding and will remain in effect for the duration specified in the Quote (the “Quote Term”). These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided under the Quote. No separate contract is required.
9.4 During the Quote Term:
- Any additional hardware or subscriptions ordered will be billed at the rates specified in the accepted Quote, provided the Quote Term remains active.
- If the Quote includes a fixed rate for Deployed Creatives or Add-ons, these rates apply throughout the Quote Term.
- Quote pricing cannot be altered, reduced, or cancelled by the Customer once accepted and during the active Quote Term, unless expressly agreed in writing by Vojo Media.
9.5 At the conclusion of the Quote Term:
- All ongoing services, subscriptions, and deployments will be billed at Vojo Media’s standard pricing in effect at that time.
- Vojo Media may, at its discretion, offer a new Quote for renewal or adjustment, but is under no obligation to do so.
9.6 Vojo Media may issue amended Quotes for additional services or devices requested by the Customer. These amended Quotes are subject to the same acceptance and term conditions unless stated otherwise.
9.7 Quotes cannot be cancelled by the Customer once accepted, except in cases of material breach by Vojo Media as set forth in the Termination & Data Retention clause of these Terms.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vojo Media’s platform, services, or devices, or by completing any purchase or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including any referenced policies or future amendments.
These Terms also constitute the Terms of Sale for all products and services offered by Vojo Media. Completion of any payment or use of services shall be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use any part of the Vojo Media platform, services, or devices.
11. Termination & Data Retention
11.1 User-initiated Termination:
- Users may terminate their account at any time, provided they are not under a fixed-term agreement with Vojo Media.
- Termination requests must be made 10 days before the next billing period to avoid renewal charges.
- If cancellations are received within 10 days of the renewal date, an admin charge may be applied by Vojo Media.
11.2 Premium Support & Account Cancellation
- If a user cancels their overall account, any associated Premium Support will be immediately terminated and users will not receive a refund for any remaining term.
- For example, if a user purchases 3 months of Premium Support but cancels their account 1 month into the term, they will not receive a refund for the remaining 2months of Premium Support.
11.3 Data Retention:
- Campaign data, report data and creatives will be stored for 6 months following the expiration of an account.
- After this period, data may be permanently deleted unless otherwise required by law.
11.4 Termination by Vojo Media for Breach:
- Vojo Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate services, accounts, or access to the platform with immediate effect in the event of a material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to:
- Non-payment of fees beyond 30 days from the due date.
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive use of Vojo Media’s services, platform, or devices.
- Attempted reverse engineering, copying, or misuse of Vojo Media’s intellectual property, including hardware, software, or patented technology.
- Any action that damages Vojo Media’s reputation or interferes with its ability to provide services to other clients.
- In the event of termination for breach:
- No refunds will be issued for any paid services, including subscriptions, add-ons, or support.
- Vojo Media may pursue legal remedies for damages, losses, or infringement.
- The user must immediately cease use of all services, uninstall Vojo devices, and return any property if requested.
12. Device Warranty
12.1 Warranty Coverage:
- Vojo Media provides a 24-month limited warranty on all devices from the date of purchase.
- This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
- The warranty is redeemable once per purchased device within the 24-month period.
- Any replacement devices will be subject to the remaining warranty period of the device it is replacing. I.e the replacement devices warranty will run from the purchase date of the original device.
12.2 Warranty Exclusions:
The following are not covered under warranty:
- Water damage or exposure to moisture.
- Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect.
- Unauthorised modifications, repairs, or tampering.
- Power surges or external environment factors.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
12.3 How to make a Warranty Claim:
- if a device issue arises, users must:
- Report the issue immediately via the Vojo Support Portal or by emailing warranties@vojo-media.com.
- The date of report will be considered the issue date for warranty eligibility.
- Claims must be made within the 24-month warranty period.
12.4 Resolution Process:
- Upon receiving a claim, Vojo Media will:
- Acknowledge the request within 2 business days.
- Assess the issue to determine if it is covered under warranty.
- If eligible, Vojo will repair, replace, or issue a credit at its discretion.
- If the issue is found to be outside the warranty scope, repair or replacement will be at the customer's expense.
13. Support & Service Levels (SLA)
13.1 Basic Support (included in Subscription):
- SLA Response Time: 5 business days from receipt of request. This guarantees acknowledgement, not resolution.
- Support requests: Must be submitted via email to support@vojo-media.com
- No access to the online ticketing system.
13.2 Premium Support (Paid Add-On):
Premium Support is available on either a 3-month or annual term and is subject to the following conditions:
- Dedicated Account Support Manager: Premium support users will be assigned a dedicated account manager as a single point of contact for technical and account-related issues.
- SLA response Time:49 Hours from receipt of the ticket. The guarantees acknowledgement, not resolution.
- Support requests: Can be submitted via the Vojo online ticketing system or via email, support@vojo-media.com.
13.3 Premium Support & Account Cancellation:
- If an account is cancelled, Premium Support will be immediately terminated, and users will not receive a refund for any remaining term.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to the conflict of law principles:
14.2 Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their validity, breach, termination, or interpretation, shall be resolved through the following steps:
- Negotiation: Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct discussions within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.
- Mediation: If the dispute remains unresolved, either party may submit the dispute to mediation conducted by a mutually agreed-upon independent mediator, with costs shared equally between the parties.
- Legal Action: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Northern Ireland, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or legal proceedings.
14.3 Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief or any other equitable remedies in cases where immediate legal action is required to prevent potential harm or enforce rights under these Terms.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law
15.1 Per-Claim Limit
For any single claim, Vojo Media’s total liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed one hundred pounds (£100), regardless of the total fees paid by the User.
15.2 Total Liability Cap
In no event shall Vojo Media’s total cumulative liability to the User exceed the total amount paid by the User to Vojo Media in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
15.3 Excluded Liabilities
Vojo Media shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Any damages, costs, or losses arising from third-party services, software, or hardware, including but not limited to media players, digital displays, or third-party digital signage systems.
- Any hardware-related issues, including but not limited to physical damage to displays, electrical faults, network failures, or installation-related malfunctions caused by the Vojo Harvester or Player, except in cases of proven gross negligence by Vojo Media.
- Any interruption, downtime, or service failure arising from third-party hosting providers, data centres, or network disruptions beyond Vojo Media’s control.
- Any content uploaded, deployed, downloaded, displayed, or otherwise transmitted through the Vojo Platform or Devices. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
- Any claims, disputes, legal actions, or regulatory fines arising from the content displayed using Vojo Media’s services, including but not limited to copyright infringement, false advertising, offensive material, or misrepresentation.
15.4 No Warranty of Uninterrupted Service
Vojo Media does not guarantee that its Services, Platform, or Devices will operate without interruption, errors, or security vulnerabilities. Vojo Media will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
15.5 Force Majeure
Vojo Media shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, supply chain disruptions, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events.
15.6 Essential Purpose
The limitations set forth in this section apply regardless of the form of action, whether contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.
16. Indemnification
16.1 User Responsibility
The User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vojo Media, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- The User’s use or misuse of the Vojo Media Platform, Devices, or Services.
- The content uploaded, deployed, downloaded, displayed, or otherwise transmitted through the Vojo Platform or Devices.
- Any violation of these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, or third-party rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademark, data privacy, and advertising regulations).
- Any damage to third-party hardware, digital screens, or network infrastructure caused by the improper installation or use of Vojo Devices by the User or its affiliates.
- Any advertising disputes, legal actions, regulatory investigations, or fines related to content displayed using Vojo’s Services, including but not limited to:
- Misleading or false advertising
- Unauthorised intellectual property use
- Offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
16.2 Third-Party Claims
The User shall indemnify Vojo Media against any third-party claims, legal actions, or disputes arising from their use of the Services, including but not limited to claims made by advertisers, agencies, content creators, regulatory bodies, or media owners.
16.3 Vojo Media’s Right to Defence
Vojo Media reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by the User. In such cases, the User agrees to cooperate fully with Vojo Media’s defence strategy.
16.4 Survival of Indemnification
The obligations under this section shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement and the User’s use of Vojo’s Services.
17. Protection against Unauthorised Use, Copying or Reverse Engineering
17.1 Intellectual Property Protection
The Vojo Media Platform, Proof of Display™ technology, Devices, Fingerprinting system, and all associated software, hardware, and methodologies are proprietary and protected under worldwide patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
17.2 No Reverse Engineering or Unauthorised Access
The User agrees that they shall not, nor permit any third party to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or trade secrets behind Vojo Media’s technology.
- Copy, modify, reproduce, repurpose, or create derivative works based on the Vojo Platform, Devices, or Fingerprinting technology.
- Access or attempt to access Vojo’s proprietary systems, software, or databases in an unauthorised manner.
- Use Vojo’s Services, Devices, or Platform to develop, improve, or train competing technologies or services.
- Introduce, develop, or implement any system that replicates Vojo’s Proof of Display™ methodology or fingerprinting system without prior written consent.
17.3 Legal Action for Misuse
Any attempt to copy, misuse, or infringe upon Vojo Media’s intellectual property rights will result in immediate termination of access to the platform and potential legal action, including but not limited to:
- Seeking injunctive relief to prevent further use of unauthorised or derivative systems.
- Pursuing damages for financial loss and reputation harm caused by unauthorised use.
- Reporting infringements to relevant regulatory and legal bodies.
17.4 Confidentiality & Trade Secrets
- Any confidential or proprietary information shared by Vojo Media, including system architecture, operational methodologies, pricing structures, and business models, must not be disclosed, shared, or used for competitive purposes.
- Users, partners, and affiliates agree to keep Vojo’s technical and commercial details strictly confidential and must not engage in any competitive development using insights gained from access to Vojo’s platform or hardware.
17.5 Survival Clause
The obligations under this section survive the termination of the Agreement and remain enforceable for a period of five (5) years post-termination.
18. Data Protection
18.1 Compliance with Data Protection Laws
- Vojo Media is committed to handling all data in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK Data Protection Act, and any other relevant legislation in the jurisdictions where our services are used.
18.2 Types of Data Collected
- Vojo Media may collect and process the following types of data:
- Operational Data: Information related to device status, ad verification logs, and Proof of Display™ tracking.
- User Account Data: Information required to manage your account, including contact details, billing information, and access credentials.
- System Analytics: Performance data used to optimise system functionality, security, and service improvements.
- Bluetooth Signatures: Vojo Media may temporarily collect Bluetooth signature counts for analytical purposes. These signatures are stored for a short period of time before being automatically deleted. Only an anonymised count of detected signals is retained, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
18.3 No Collection of Personal or Identifiable Data from Public Screens
- Vojo Media’s Proof of Display™ system does not collect, process, or store any personal, biometric, or audience-identifying data from public screens.
- Bluetooth signature data is handled in a privacy-preserving manner, ensuring no personally identifiable information is stored or retained.

19. Demo Accounts
19.1 Vojo Media may offer demo accounts at its sole discretion to prospective customers for the purpose of evaluating the Vojo platform, devices, and services. Demo accounts are provided for non-commercial use only and may not be used for live deployments or revenue-generating activities.
19.2 Demo accounts are typically active for 14 days from the date of activation unless otherwise agreed in writing by Vojo Media. No payment details or credit card information is required for demo access. Vojo Media reserves the right to modify, extend, or revoke demo access at any time.
19.3 After the demo period ends, users will still be able to log into their demo account, but access to data, services, and features will be restricted. Demo accounts do not retain access to any previously stored creatives, reports, or platform tools unless upgraded to a paid subscription.
19.4 All data associated with the demo account—such as uploaded creatives, fingerprinted content, and logs—will be retained for 30 days following the end of the demo period. After this period, Vojo Media may permanently delete all data unless it elects to retain it for operational or legal reasons.
19.5 Any hardware (e.g., Vojo Harvester or Player) provided for demo purposes remains the property of Vojo Media at all times. Users must return all demo hardware upon request or at the end of the demo period, unless a written agreement for purchase or extended use is made. Failure to return demo hardware may result in charges at Vojo Media’s discretion.
19.6 Demo accounts are provided “as-is” without warranty or guarantee of uptime, availability, or support. Vojo Media shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from demo account usage or restrictions.
20. Publicity & marketing
20.1 By using Vojo Media’s Services, the Customer grants Vojo Media the right to include the Customer’s name, logo, and general use case in public marketing materials, including but not limited to Vojo Media’s website, social media, investor presentations, and promotional content.
20.2 If the Customer prefers not to be featured, they may request exclusion by emailing support@vojo-media.com. Upon receipt of such a request, Vojo Media will make reasonable efforts to remove the Customer’s details from future promotional materials.
20.3 Vojo Media will not disclose any confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information without prior written consent from the Customer. References will be limited to publicly available information or general descriptions unless otherwise agreed.
21. Amendments & Notices
21.1 Vojo Media may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified within 30 days of significant changes
21.2 Continued use of the Platform after notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
