For compliance-critical screens
Your notice was sent. Prove it was seen.
When an inspector asks whether the visiting rules were on the screen in ward 3 last Tuesday, a schedule isn't an answer.
Passport reports from inside every notice. A Harvester checks the glass on the screens that matter most. Vojo keeps the record for every screen, site and hour.

Every one of these goes in your records as displayed.
A schedule and a player log report from inside the system. Neither looks at the screen.
01
The screen was dark
Switched off, unplugged or rebooting. The schedule still says the notice ran.
02
It froze on an old frame
Last month's visiting hours, held on the panel for days. The player log still says the new one played.
03
No signal, wrong input
The panel showed a blue screen or a TV channel. Nothing in your signage system can see that.
Ask yourself
What would you hand an inspector today?
Tick the evidence you keep. See which of five questions about one screen, one day, you could actually answer.
The reviewer asks about one screen, one day
5 of 5 you couldn't answer for certain.
4 of those only if someone happened to be looking at that moment.
- Was the screen switched on? Sometimes
- Was it showing the current notice, not an old one? Sometimes
- Was the picture moving, not frozen? Sometimes
- Was there a picture at all, not “no signal”? Sometimes
- Did the notice stay up for its full slot? No answer

Questions
Questions compliance teams ask
- Do we have to change our signage player or CMS?
- No. Vojo is verification only. It doesn't schedule, publish or play your notices; your existing CMS and player keep doing that. Passport travels inside the notice as a standard HTML unit, and a Harvester sits on the screen itself, so nothing in your playback setup has to change.
- Will this evidence satisfy our regulator or inspector?
- We can't tell you what a particular inspector, auditor or insurer will accept; that's a question for your compliance lead. What Vojo gives you is evidence for a specific screen and time: that the notice rendered and, where a Harvester is fitted, that it was on the glass, read from outside the system that sent it. That's a much stronger thing to hand over than a schedule.
- Do we need a Harvester on every screen?
- No. Passport confirms the right notice rendered on every screen it plays on. Add a Harvester where you need to show the notice was physically visible: usually the few screens where a missing notice would matter most. A Harvester always ships with Passport, never on its own.
- What happens when a screen goes dark or freezes?
- Where a Harvester is fitted, the record shows it. Passport still reports that the notice ran. If the Harvester reports the screen off, those plays score LOW. If the screen is on but the notice can't be read on the glass, as with a frozen frame or the wrong input, a sensor with a good record caps those plays at MEDIUM. A missing read can also mean a sensor fault, so it never counts as proof on its own. Where no Harvester is fitted, Passport can't see the panel and the play scores on what Passport reported. That's why the screens where a missing notice matters most are the ones to fit.
Vojo is also for
- Media ownersSell every slot on evidence: stop giving plays away, hold your rate card, and answer a queried spot with a lookup.
- Agencies and brandsCheck a campaign across every network it runs on, with one wrap and one comparable score per play, not a different log from each seller.
- Programmatic platformsFor SSPs, DSPs and exchanges: an independent score on every play, and you decide what clears.
